To what do we attribute our success? Well, first and foremost, it is a firm adherence to our mission and the principals that guide it. Equally important, however, is the process that we use to ensure successful solution implementations. On occassion, we have had to walk away from potential business to ensure we keep our record intact. We can only guarantee success when we are free to use the methods and processes that have gotten us this far.

Our project methodology was originally based on LBMS, but has since evolved into something that helps us to project, measure, track, and revise our estimating, design, and delivery process. It also gives our customers the feeling of security that comes from knowing what stage is next, how that stage will be approached, how to report and resolve issues, and what to expect from us at any step in the process. It also helps to keep us accountable to our customers. We believe in that process and we use it with every assignment that warrants it.

Our development methodology is loosely based on the 'Surgical Team' approach written about in the 1990's. It is a unique approach to developing smaller projects and is very useful in keeping the people that know the technology in the loop. This avoid so many of the 'disconnects' that happen when developers are sheltered from the business needs of a project. It is not often used becasue it requires some unique talents. However, we feel we have the expertise to use this methodology successfully, and have proven so.
